This is the page for the creative department at Red Ventures. The goals were to show the perks of working at Red Ventures for creatives, and to show what makes RV different from agencies or similar marketing companies (places they’d be recruiting creatives from).

The Red Ventures tone is confident, sometimes slightly brash, but never too cocky or arrogant. Deep down, it’s still a company driven by data-crazed nerds. So many agencies get sassy with their recruiting messaging without backing it up with real work examples--I definitely didn’t want this page to feel like that. I think the copy and imagery show a place where creatives can have fun, make cool stuff, and grow.
